2024 OCS Policy Revision

Oneonta City Schools is in the process of revising our board policy with respected school attorneys.  This process will update old policies and will ensure that we are in compliance with all state statutes.  A committee is reviewing the policy changes to present to the Board of Education.  In addition, we invite stakeholders to view the draft and share any comments, questions, or suggestions.  Thank you for your input!

The 2024-2025 OCS school year calendar was approved on 1-29-2024.  2024-2025 OCS School Year Calendar.

SCHOOL NOTIFICATION CALLS: Please add this number to your cell phone contact list.

Oneonta City Schools utilizes Blackboard Comms as our rapid notification system to send messages to students, parents and staff members.  We ask you to add 855-269-0502 to your cell phone contact list - name it something you recognize as a call from the school system (ex: OCS School Notification).
