Oneonta City Schools Federal Programs department is comprised of a variety of programs financed through ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) and others through district and state funds. The staff of this division is dedicated to providing services to assist schools in the development, implementation and evaluation of schoolwide and continuous improvement plans for the academic success of all children.
